Each component goes through many quality checks before shipment to provide a consistent experience.

Our jewellery is made with semi-precious stones and may have some imperfections or irregularities. These flaws are the consequence of human involvement in the manufacturing process, and they add to the completed product's beauty while assuring you get a one-of-a-kind item.

We do not offer any returns and exchanges.

Returns and exchanges will ONLY be considered if you have received an incorrect product.

Kindly Contact us within 48 hours with proper Images of the products and an unboxing video which properly shows the product.

Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging with tags intact.

Refund or exchange will only be initiated once our Quality check team approves the same within 7-10 working days.
